Voluntary National Guidelines for Ballast Water Management was signed by Secretary Mineta
on June 3, 2002. Highlights of the report include an assessment of the effectiveness
of the national voluntary ballast water management guidelines, and implementation of
future actions to be taken by the Coast Guard. |
