The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has approved a vessel sale and transfer under section 9 of the Shipping Act, of 1916, as amended.

MARAD has given approval to Dewey Seymore & Associates, of Folsom, California, to sale the deck barge EM1005, to China Harbour - Costain Mexico S. de. R.L .de. C.V., Mexico and transfer of said Vessel to Mexican registry and flag.

The deck barge was built by Bollinger Marine Fabricators and has a gross tonnage of 1072.
