Maritime Administration (MARAD) has approved eight applications under Section 9
of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended.
They include:

Petroleum
Transport Corp., New Canaan, CT,
has received approval to sell the 5,285-gross-ton tank barge PENNSYLVANIA to Imperial Destiny Shipping, a
Panamanian corporation, and transfer said Vessel to Panamanian registry and
flag.
The vessel was built in 1971 in Moss Point, MS.

Petroleum
Transport Corp., New Canaan, CT,
has received approval to sell the 7,244-gross-ton tank barge FLORIDA to Golden Amphora Marine S.A., a Panamanian
corporation, and transfer said Vessel to Panamanian registry and flag.
The vessel was built in 1980 in Houston, TX.

Petroleum
Transport Corp., New Canaan, CT
has received approval to sell the 12,752-gross-ton tank barge NEW YORK to Mystic Ocean Shipmanagement
S.A., a Panamanian corporation, and transfer said Vessel to Panamanian registry
and flag.
The vessel was built in 1970 in Port Arthur, TX.

America’s Best, Inc., New
Orleans, LA, has received approval
to sell the 1,837-gross-ton deck barge SANTO DOMINGO
to Industrial Transport, Ltd., a Trinidad corporation, and transfer said Vessel
to Trinidad registry and flag.
The vessel was built in 1976 in San Pedro, CA.

Vessel
Management Services, Inc., Seattle,
WA, has received approval to sell
the 9,037-gross-ton cargo barge CMC 450-12 to Marine Carrier AB, a Swedish
corporation, and transfer said Vessel to Swedish registry and flag.
The vessel was built in 1976 in Japan.

Cleveland
Tankers (1991), Inc., Cleveland, OH, has received approval to sell the 5,833-gross-ton
tanker GEMINI to Algoma Tankers Limited., a Canadian corporation, and transfer
said Vessel to Canadian registry and flag.
The vessel was built in 1978 in Orange, TX.

Lone
Wolf, Inc., San Diego, CA, has received approval to transfer the 1,042-gross-ton
fishing vessel LONE WOLF to Venezuelan registry and flag as an incident to the
sale alien of said Vessel.
The vessel was built in 1982 in Port Arthur, TX.

Cape
Elizabeth Fishing, LP, San Pedro, CA, has received approval to transfer the 1,793-gross-ton
fishing vessel CAPE ELIZABETH
to Mexican registry and flag.
The vessel was built in 1982 in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
