The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has given approval to Litona Fishing Corporation, of Miami, Florida, to sale the fishing vessel M/V ODETTE THERESE II to Innocenzo Natoli, a Venezuelan corporation, and transfer of said Vessel to Venezuelan registry and flag.

The fishing vessel built in 1978 and has a gross weight of 1,163 tons.

MARAD's approval is required under section 9 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended.

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has given approval to Global Shipping LLC, of Cumberland, Maryland to sale of the containership EWA, official number 530140 to Sea Lion Marine LTD., a St Vincent and the Grenadines corporation, and the transfer of said vessel to Tulva registry and flag for purposes of disposal.

The containership was built in 1972, by Skinner and Eddy Corporation in Seattle, Washington.

MARAD's approval is required under section 9 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended.

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has given approval to Global Shipping LLC, of Cumberland, Maryland to sale of the containership Chief GADAO, official number 530138 to Marianna Shipping Ltd., a St Vincent and the Grenadines corporation, and the transfer of said vessel to Tulva registry and flag for purposes of disposal.

The United States- Flag containership was built in 1971.

MARAD's approval is required under section 9 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended.

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has given approval to American Civil Constructors West Coast, In., of Benicia California to sale the industrial vessel MILLER 205, official number 953995 to ACC North Equipment ULC, a Canadian corporation, and the transfer of said vessel to Canadian registry and registry.

The crane barge was built in 1972.

MARAD's approval is required under section 9 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended.
